Diederik Jaspers

Diederik has over 25 years of experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, innovation, ceramic membranes, and fuel cells, particularly in the context of large-scale industrial production. After successfully completing his studies in chemical engineering at Delft University of Technology, where he specialized in Inorganic Chemistry with a focus on energy, SOFC fuel cells, and the environment, he furthered his academic career with an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

His areas of expertise cover a wide range of topics related to energy efficiency. In addition, Diederik has worked with various (inter)national organizations and companies in advisory roles. His expertise includes strategic business transformations, business development, and building high-performing teams and organizations.

Diederik possesses extensive knowledge in chemical engineering, energy technology, fuel cells and hydrogen, catalysts and ceramic materials, electrochemistry, inorganic membranes, zeolites, solar PV systems, advanced water technology, and R&D management. He has a keen eye for identifying market opportunities for innovative technologies and aims to establish a sustainable and high-quality circular plastic chain with OBBOTEC SPEX.
