Wouter van Neerbos

Wouter has over 25 years of experience in the energy and petrochemical industries. After successfully completing his university studies, he began his career at Shell, where he held various senior executive roles in Retail, B2B, and Production, across disciplines such as General Management, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Business Development. In his last role within Chemicals, he was globally responsible for Commerce, Operations, and Business Development activities in 35 countries.

Additionally, Wouter has worked with various (inter)national organizations and companies in non-executive and advisory positions. His expertise lies in strategic business transformations, business development, and building high-performing teams and organizations.

Wouter aims to apply his knowledge, experience, and network through OBBOTEC SPEX to create impact by driving the necessary systemic change needed to establish a sustainable and high-quality circular plastic chain.
